Scheduling an order

GoGo allows you to schedule orders in advance with an operator. All you need to do is follow the same steps as you would when placing a regular order with an operator for now.
Please be sure to inform the operator that you wish to schedule the order at the beginning of the call.

Please provide the operator with the date and time for delivery while keeping in mind that you can expect to receive your order up to 30 minutes before or after the time provided.If you place or schedule multiple orders with an operator, we will apply a discount concierge fee on the second order and any other subsequent order. As long as the multiple orders are placed on the same call with the same operator.

Can I schedule my grocery deliveries?
Yes! If you have a preferred schedule, call (855) 464-6872 and Press 8 or email us at groceries@gogograndparent.com and we can set up a standing order for you. This is especially helpful if you're ordering groceries on behalf of someone else.
Can I tip my delivery person?
Of course! Tipping is encouraged and can be done when you place your order on the phone, or in cash when the driver drops off your delivery.
What happens if an item in my grocery order is not available at the store?
We recommend that you share with us replacement items or alternative brands. This allows the shopper to select your next best option in case something is out of stock. We’ll save your preferences for next time!
Can I save my shopping list?
Smart thinking. We are happy to save your shopping list for you, so you can place your orders even faster next time.
Can I only order groceries, or other things at the store?
We can help you order groceries, vitamins, and household supplies. Just give us a call at (855) 464-6872 and Press 8.
How do I know when my groceries will arrive?
You let us know if you want to order your groceries right away (deliveries are usually within 3 hours) or if you’d like to schedule them for later, and we will send you a message when your groceries are on their way!
How can I report an issue with my order?
We strive to make your experience with GoGo a positive one every single time, but sometimes mistakes happen. And when they do, we are always here to make things right.

If your order was delivered, but you experienced an issue, please be sure to contact our Grocery department via phone at (855) 464-6872 and Press 8 or via email at groceries@gogograndparent.com within 24 hours of the order being delivered to you. Letting us know immediately helps us better advocate for you.
What is the resolution process?
Once we receive your concern, one of our support representatives will forward it to our partner for resolution. Once a resolution has been reached, we will contact you via email to provide you with an update.

Please keep in mind that any order that is older than 7 days, cannot be disputed.
What are the hours of operation for the Grocery department?
Our Grocery department is available 7 days a week.

Eastern time: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Central time: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Mountain Time: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Pacific time: 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Would the GoGo customer like the grocery order delivered to their home or elsewhere?
Are there specific instructions the driver should know about this drop-off address?
Does the customer want to pay using their existing GoGo Gift Credits, their primary card or another card on file?

ONGOING COMMUNICATIONS

We message you with confirmation and the ETA of your grocery delivery
We reach out to your shopper about your order and delivery instructions.
We keep you in the loop if there are any ETA changes.

GROCERY OPTIONS

Does the customer know what grocery store they would like to order from, or do they need to know about options in their area?
We make sure your back-up options match your preferences and are communicated clearly.
Confirm with the customer the items, quantities and cost of the items in the cart before placing the order.

ADVOCACY + RESOLUTION

If you are missing anything from your order, we advocate for you to either replace the item the same day, or refund you the item.
We will communicate with you about your new ETA for your delivery or the status of a question or refund.
